Fall 2026

Foster Supply Hospitality is expanding into Ulster County for the first time with the addition of The Belleayre Lodge and the historic Pine Hill Arms restaurant in Pine Hill, New York. Opening in Fall 2026, The Belleayre Lodge will welcome guests for a new chapter of mountain hospitality, thoughtfully honoring more than 75 years of Catskills history while serving as a year-round basecamp for adventure, relaxation, and connection.

As part of the property, the historic Pine Hill Arms restaurant will reopen as a restaurant for both guests of The Belleayre Lodge and the local community, with future plans to thoughtfully expand the campus while preserving the character of these beloved Catskills landmarks.
